On January 3rd, Ingrid Michaelson co-hosted the Today Show with Hoda Kotb. While on the show, she announced that she will writing the music and lyrics for The Notebook on Broadway! The musical adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel and 2004 film (starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams) will feature a book by This Is Us writer Bekah Brunstetter.
