Over the past few months, we’ve been deepening our understanding of the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan. In doing our research, we came across UCI’s Scholars at Risk Program and have chosen to make a donation. The sponsorship opportunity provides aid in the form of transportation, visa-related costs, salary, health insurance, and living expenses to Afghan colleagues of the University community. We encourage and empower our industry to seek out communities in need in their area and participate in similar aid opportunities.
